Visa required for all foreign nationals

For all foreign nationals, a visa is required for entry into Malagasy territory.
Several kinds of tourist visas exist and depending on the period of validity of this one. You have the visa validity from 0 to 30 days, from 31 to 60 days, or 60 to 90 days. Beyond 90 days, you must apply for a long-stay visa.

You have the possibility to apply for a visa before your trip to Madagascar or when you arrive at the airport provided you submit all the necessary documents.

Namely, the embassy reserves the right to request additional documents if necessary.
We advise you, however, to make this request in advance to leave for your trip to Madagascar with peace of mind.
In addition, check the date of validity of your passport, it must be valid at least 6 months after your return date.
